"initial booking made two weeks in advance but this was cancelled a day before the event, which caused enormous stress trying to find an alternative. The alternative was x2 the original booking cost, and I was quoted for two cars to take 7 people. On the day one van arrived which was able to take 7 people but the cost was still processed as the same as the expensive quote!"
