"Nothing went wrong with the vehicle. The driver collected us arriving ten minutes early (good!). He is quick on the uptake because when he saw that I was not fully at ease carrying a heavy suitcase down some stairs, he immediately moved forward to help with it. He was quiet but that is very understandable given that he collected us at 3.20 a.m., drove us to Heathrow, and then had togo on immediately somewhere else. And we were both tired (my wife slept). He was friendly. By the way, the driver who took us from Heathrow to SE26 last Sunday evening, had interesting conversation"
