"The driver was early but didn’t contact me so I had to enquire who was outside my house. The car and driver was different to what was confirmed. The driver seemed to have not been familiar with driving to Gatwick from South London as well. The driver was nice and the car was clean, however for a pre-booked service I would have expected:
- Driver to contact me/call me if they were outside earlier
- For taxicode to told me the driver and car had changed from what they confirmed.
- Driver familiar with driving from London to Gatwick as a nice to have. The driving was fine, but it was obvious they’re not use to the route (from someone who has driven or been driven from that route many times)"
